HD Guru spoke last week with a number of TV retailers and manufacturers. All agreed HDTV sales are slow and below expectations. To boost business to where its needs to be, set makers are again offering a combination of lower prices, dealer incentives and select equipment bundles to stimulate consumer  HDTV purchases.
