A TCL P1-Series 4K Ultra HDTV with HDR10 and Dolby Vision support.
TCL introduced at CES 2017 an expanded lineup of TCL Roku TVs including 25 models across three series, including the company’s first 4K Ultra HDTV models supporting Dolby Vision high dynamic range (HDR).
The three 2017 TCL Roku TV series include the C, P and S. The C and P series will include support for both the HDR10 and Dolby Vision HDR formats.
Dolby Vision delivers greater brightness, contrast and a wider color gamut. Dolby Vision is a widely used HDR mastering workflow by major studios.
The 2017 TCL Roku TVs will employ the Roku OS v.7.5 that will enable pausing live over-the-air programming.
