Sony this week announced that a new “PS Remote Play” app is available for Android TV OS 12 and later-based Google TV devices, starting with Sony’s own 2023 A95L series QD-OLED TVs.
The company announced that PS Remote Play will be part of a Playstation feature update, that will bring a new remote-game-play extension capability between compatible TVs and the popular PS4 and PS5 gaming consoles.
“With this update, users can access and play their favorite games installed on their consoles regardless of the console location, switch seamlessly between devices, resume games from where they left off and more,” Sony announced.
