High-end Italian speaker manufacturer Sonus faber introduced new additions to its lineup of artisanally-designed speakers – the Arena 10 passive in-ceiling loudspeaker, and a Graphite color option for the Heritage Speaker Collection.
New for the Sonus faber custom-installation high-fidelity home theater Arena 10 series is the Arena 10 3-way in-ceiling model (available from authorized dealers now for a $7,000 per pair suggested retail price.
The overhead speaker is equipped with four 6.5-inch woofers, a 19mm tweeter and a 6.25-inch midrange, the Arena 10 in-ceiling speaker is optimized for fully-immersive Dolby Atmos object-oriented surround sound height channels.
The Arena 10 is said to be easy to install via a new bracket installation system. Alternately, purchasers also have the option of a frame installation system like other Arena collection models.
In addition, the new Sonus faber Heritage Graphite Collection brings a new graphite finish color option to the Heritage lineup, including the Electa Amator III, Minima Amator II and Maxima Amator speakers.
The company said the walnut panels of each speaker are finished with a deep graphite color that matches each speaker’s polished steel inlays, alongside matte-black Marquina marble detailing on each model’s base.
The new Sonus faber Heritage Graphite collection is now available through authorized Sonus faber dealers for $16,000 suggested retail per set for the Maxima, $10,000 for the Electa Amator III (Marquina stand sold separately for $1,700), and $5,000 for the Minima Amator II (Marquina stand sold separately for $1,700).
