Samsung Electronics began offering the majority of its 2017 4K Ultra HD LED-LCD TV lines at reduced holiday specials for Black Friday week.

These deals encompass all of the top-tier Q Series models with QLED-technology, which offers a boost in peak brightness, a wide color gamut, strong color volume and optimal viewing in lighted rooms. The specials extend through the lower-priced MU series models, which omit QLED quantum dot technology, but feature very good 4K picture quality performances with HDR quality descending with down the line.

Throughout the promotional offerings, shoppers will find savings of up to 40 percent on select models during the Black Friday selling period.

In the top half of the list below, shoppers will find the flagship Q9F series QLED models that won HD Guru’s Best of Show Award for CES 2017 last January.

Samsung is offering these deals on its own web site as well as through retail partners around the country. To make the selection process easier we have provided a list of series and models starting with the QLED bargains and running down through the various MU series non-QLED 4K Ultra HD LED-LCD TVs with varying degrees of HDR support.
