When LG and Sony launched the first 84-inch UHD 4K TVs in December of 2012, they were priced at an eye popping $25,000. In March of 2013, Samsung countered with its 85-inch UN85S9 UHD 4K TV priced at $40,000. Next month (according to our source), Samsung will be offering its latest 85-inch large screen UHD 4K TV for $9999.
