Samsung Electronics America formally introduced today the expansion of its 4K Quantum OLED TV line that now includes two new model series for 2023 – the previously announced S95C flagship and the newly added S90C series.
Both lines include the 55-, 65- and 77-inch screen sizes and will be available at retailers nationwide beginning today.
Suggested retail prices will launch starting at $1,899 for the 55S90C.
These models are based on panel supplier Samsung Display’s new Quantum Dot (QD) / blue-light emitting OLED hybrid technology that produces a wide color gamut, wide contrast ratio and very high peak brightness levels with accurate high color volume reproduction.
Both versions will also include built-in NextGen TV ATSC 3.0 over-the-air broadcast tuners, to receive newly advanced channels coming on-air across the country.

• Bother flavors of Samsung OLED TVs also have Dolby Atmos built in and pair with Samsung Q and S-Series soundbars for fuller surround sound options.

Two new OLED series are rolling out at authorized retailers nationwide next week. Full pricing and sizes are below:
S95C
This is the 2023 replacement series for the S95B inaugural Samsung Quantum OLED line. It is billed as the first OLED TV to be AMD FreeSync Premium Pro certified. This series continues to support built-in Dolby Atmos and the HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG high dynamic range profiles. The series offers a 0.1- millisecond response time and up to 144Hz refresh rate to help reduce ghosting artifacts. This version newly includes an external One Connect box that attaches to the back of the TV table stand to easily access source input/outputs. The outboard connection box also enables the set to get a tigher fit against the wall when mounting on supported bracket.
• 77-inch: $4,499 suggested retail
• 65-inch: $3,299 suggested retail
• 55-inch: $2,499 suggested retail
S90C
The Samsung S90C Quantum OLED series omits the One Connect box, and the same ultra-thin flush-wall panel design, but retains many of the S95C’s other picture and gaming performance features. The series substitutes a step-down on-board speaker/sound system but continues to offer built-in Dolby Atmos support.
• 77-inch: $3,599 suggested retail
• 65-inch: pricing and availability TBA
• 55-inch: $1,899 suggested retail.
