News 12 New York, the daily locally produced regional news network serving the Metro New York City tri-state area, is now available to stream from the Pluto TV app on multiple streaming devices and smart TVs.
News 12 New York is available for free across all devices and platforms that carry Pluto TV.
News 12 is a daily produced regional news channel originally started by Cablevision to serve subscribers to its pay-TV cable packages with locally relevant news stores from various regional markets in its cable territories. It was acquired by Altice USA when that company purchased Cablevision’s cable TV operations.
The network currently serves “hyperlocal” news, weather, sports and traffic reports to many residents of the Bronx, Brooklyn, parts of Connecticut, Hudson Valley, Long Island, parts of New Jersey and Westchester. The News 12 New York digital network will present the top stories, events and more from the tri-state area, available to stream for free, 24/7, through the Pluto TV app, which is owned and maintained by ViacomCBS. The app is available on most media streamers and smart TVs as well as on Amazon Fire TV, Tubi, Local Now, VIZIO SmartCast, Plex and News 12’s YouTube channel.

News 12 is today part of the Altice News group, which also includes national and business news from Cheddar News and the global and current affairs network i24NEWS.
