Pioneer Soundbar

The sound that comes out of most TVs is terrible. Really terrible. Ever had to rewind to hear what a character said? That’s probably not you, that’s probably your TV’s horrible speakers.

Don’t settle for bad audio.  Soundbars aren’t that expensive, and the ones listed here can improve the sound of your TV dramatically

Pioneer SP-SB23W $400

Though low in price this soundbar and wireless sub are big on sound. Designed by high-end speaker designer Andrew Jones, this one sounds way better than it’s price implies. No HDMI, but it does have Bluetooth.

Sony HT-CT770 $350

Though you’ll trade a bit in sound quality compared to the Pioneer, this Sony does have HDMI inputs (3). It’s got 330 watts total, including 120 just for the sub.
