Denon introduced Tuesday its DNP-2000NE music player, which is designed to work with the Denon PMA-1700NE Amplifier and DCD-1700NE CD Player.
The DNP-2000NE, which will be released at a $1,599 suggested retail price, is said to include a number of advanced features contributing to the players “immersive music experience.”
Features include: integration with the Denon/Marantz HEOS whole home wireless music streaming platform, which includes support for online streaming services Spotify, Pandora, Tidal, and other high-quality music sources.
These include Denon’s Ultra AL32 Processing Plus and DAC Master Clock design. The player also features a high precision quad digital-to-analog converter configuration for clear and detailed sound.

Fi, Ethernet, USB, and Bluetooth. It also supports AirPlay 2 and DLNA for seamless wireless streaming of music from compatible devices. The player is also equipped with two
optical and one coaxial digital inputs, as well as a USB DAC input for direct connection.
The player will also directly connect with a TV via HDMI ARC to display album art and song information, while controlling the volume with your television or amplifier remote, providing a more immersive music experience.
Denon said the DNP-2000NE is available for pre-order today with shipments scheduled to begin May 26th.
