Professional music equipment resource Clear Tune Monitors has launched a pair of audiophile-level “true wireless” earphones called the CTM Explore P2.
The CTM Explore P3 True Wireless Earphones, which are positioned by the company as consumer lifestyle audio products designed by musicians, are engineered to deliver high performance sound along with fast, reliable pairing and long battery life, at an affordable $79.99 suggested retail price.
The Explore P2 are positioned as CTM’s first consumer-targeted product, but the company assures, there are more products engineered to the same exacting standards on the way.
The Orlando, Fla.-based company’s Explore P2 True Wireless Earphones were engineered by musician-founder Cesar Milano and team to be discrete and comfortable while delivering advanced musicality on the go for up to 30 hours per charge.
Launching at retail now, the CTM’s Explore P2 also produces up to six hours of power for stream music listening and stores up to four additional charges in the charging case. The wireless earbuds are based on Bluetooth 5.0 technology offering a range of 50 feet.
An ergonomic fit is designed to provide maximized comfort even over prolonged periods of use, both for music and video listening or taking phone calls or voice notes, the company said.

The Explore P2 has a multi-function button to easily control listening operation as well as use as a personal digital assistant (depending on the operating system of the user’s phone).
The Explore P2 comes with three sets of soft silicone tips (S, M, L); a 6mm full frequency dynamic driver delivering deep dynamic bass; clear sound with frequency response of 20-20kHz; IPX6 rated water resistance; multi-function button control; built-in mic in both earpieces; and long lasting 50 mAh battery (6 hours of continuous playback).
The supplied 700mAh charging case holds four extra charges and charges up in 1-2 hours.
In addition, the Explore P2 enables quick access to Siri on iPhones; instant pairing after initial setup; and individual.
