Masimo’s high-end audio components brand Marantz announced Tuesday the launch of matched component separates including the AV 10 pre-amp/processor and AMP 10 power amp, designed to deliver up to 15.4-channels of customizable precision acoustic surround sound.

The Marantz AV 10 and AMP 10 are available for purchase starting today through Marantz.com and authorized retailers at a $7000 suggested retail price.

The Marantz AV 10 is billed as a reference quality 15.4-channel 8K AV preamp/processor designed to deliver engaging cinematic experiences, with flexible support for the latest AV formats and sound processing.

Listeners will have at their control selection for the latest 3D soundscapes.

Driving the power behind these experiences is the new companion Marantz AMP 10, which is a 16-channel 200 watt reference quality power amplifier developed to support Marantz’ most refined architectures.

Both components were said to have been “meticulously tuned and crafted” with a design style that maintains the modern accents that denote Marantz’s heritage for visual presentation and engaging tonal performance.
