Okay so the first thing I'm thinking is this... then why not make "slave" panels without tuners that could just use a "master" interface for the system? I'm thinking this because my bedroom TV no longer works now that June 12 has come and gone and I need to replace it. But unlike the Living Room I don't want to spend a fortune but I do want a decent panel. Wouldn't the cost be lower if you could just build monitors with HDMI and then send the signal to it? Does that make sense?

Does anyone know if Phillips is still developing the SWW1800? They have missed all of the release dates and are not giving any predictions of future release?

The Philips SWW1800 is not on the market yet, they have missed the May 2007 date unless they meant some other year which appears to be reality!!

Just called Sales support to try and find one Tuesday, 11/13/2007 at 10:20 AM CST
