Sony LCD Recall In Japan Not US

Sony today issued a recall of LCD HDTV models sold in Japan  due to a fire hazard potential. To date no recall has been issued in America for any of the listed Sony LCD models according to a Sony spokesperson. This was confirmed by the US Product Safety Commission’s media representative.
