@Sammy

I guess from your response to the 3D TV, you are not in the market for it, nor, probably can afford it!

So why read postings about it, and leave comments, when you obiously have no interest?

Curious!

If you're sick go to a 3D doctor so he can tell you to stop posting stuff about what makes you sick. Your only making yourself sicker. 3D is here to stay.

Having been to the Sky 3D previews in the UK, I can say hand on heart that it will work very well - it is not so much down to how the tv is situated for viewing, more to do with the camera angle when the event is being recorded - so as long as the have good camera position, viewing will be excellent.

As for the glasses, I'll put up with them for now, until they work out another way of screeniing 3DTV, and it's live in the UK through Sky.com/supertelly .

I think 3D is here to say this time.It's just like rap and it's not going anywhere soon but I think it's going to be a while before it hits the main stream. I am looking forward to the video games on there. Even the ones that started out 2D.

3D TV is a stupid idea because the angle of view for such TVs at home is slim compared to that in the theater. As a result, there is no immersion factor.

Moreover, y'all will look really stupid wearing those glasses at home!
